P/LS/MC(1) Main Construction Contract for Building and Engineering Projects (With Binding Quantities)
Recommended for use where the Main Contractor is employed by the Employer to execute and complete the proposed Project on the basis of complete working drawings, complete technical specifications, as well as on the basis of Bills of measured and firm quantities of work, and the Employer agrees to pay the Contractor a lump sum amount as consideration for the execution and completion of the proposed Project.

Recommended for use where the Main Contractor is employed by the Employer to execute and complete the proposed Project on the basis of complete working drawings, complete technical specifications, but without bills of measured and firm quantities of work, and the Employer agrees to pay the Contractor a lump sum amount as consideration for the execution and completion of the proposed Project.

This has been prepared to suit Sub-Contracts which are based on Bills of measured and firm quantities of work.
